YUMYUMPO ("we", "us") operates a restaurant discovery platform and premium hospitality website hosting service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using YUMYUMPO you agree to the terms here.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the platform.

From everyone who visits

From restaurant applicants

From restaurant owners with accounts

2. How we use it

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We don't show third-party advertising. We don't share applicant or analytics data with restaurants other than their own.

3. Cookies & storage

We use a small amount of browser localStorage to remember your favourites, hide content you've already seen, and keep your session alive when you're signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

4. Where your data lives

Data is stored with our processor Supabase (PostgreSQL + secure auth). When you ask Fred a question, the query may be sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate a natural-language response — Anthropic does not train on YUMYUMPO data per its API terms.

6. Data retention

Analytics events are aggregated daily and individual rows older than 12 months are deleted. Applications that are rejected or unresponsive for 6 months are anonymised. Approved restaurant accounts and their content are retained as long as the account is active.

7. Children

YUMYUMPO is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify account holders by email. Continued use of YUMYUMPO after a change means you accept it.
